Antiparasitic and antitumor chemotherapy focusing on natural products with or without synthetic modifications, metabolism of polyamines, oxidative stress and RedOx mechanisms as potential targets. Techniques of culture of pathogens and mammals cells, Electronic Microscopy and cellular biochemical dosages in approaches that aids the elucidation of potential drugs action mechanisms. Technological development using combinations of drugs with microbicidal effects and/or synergistic antitumor chemotherapy effects which allow low dosages in effective and selective regimens.
